Please note that this form represents a series of your REQUESTS to be placed in particular sessions/appointments, and NOT official placement. One week before the conference, we will email you a final itinerary of all your sessions and applicable Manuscript Mart/Lunch Table appointments, based on the preferences you submit here. While you’re nearly certain to be placed with all your top choices, we cannot guarantee this in any circumstance. Grub Street reserves the right to make changes to our conference offerings at any time.

3. Add a Friday "Shop Talk" lunch table. (Optional - will add $75.00)

Lunch on Friday is included in your base fee. However, if you wish to reserve a seat at one of our "Shop Talk" tables with a specific group of authors, agents, and editors, please select your choices for the table. You MUST choose a different table for your 1st and 2nd choice. The $75 fee for the "Shop Talk" table is fully tax-deductible.

4. Add the Marketplace Clinic. (Optional - will add $100.00)

You must be registered for the full conference to attend these specialized sessions. The $100 fee for the Marketplace Clinic is fully tax-deductible.

5. Add Manuscript Mart and/or Social Media Mart appointments. (Optional - will add $145.00 each)

You must sign up for at least one full day of the conference in order to participate in the Manuscript Mart and/or the Social Media Mart. Any Mart registrations not associated with a conference registration will be invalid. For full information on each person, click here.

You MUST register for both a 1st and 2nd choice for each appointment. Do NOT select the same person twice for any choice. You may reserve up to 3 appointments here; to make additional appointments please email Alison at alison@grubstreet.org.

Payment and Refund Policy

We accept Visa or Mastercard and personal checks. Advance payment and this registration information are due in full to reserve your place at the event.

We cannot refund money for this event. However, if you let us know that you are unable to attend by 12:00pm on Monday, April 28th, we will gladly apply the amount of payment minus a $75 processing fee to a future Grub Street class or manuscript consultation. Note that we are not able to offer refunds or credits for the Manuscript Mart if you do not submit your manuscript by 5:00pm on Monday, April 7th, 2014. There are no credits for cancellation after 12:00pm on Monday, April 28th.
